Information Technology Staffing Augmentation Contracts (ITSAC) – DIR-CPO-5776

HCL Global Systems, Inc. has been awarded a contract with the State of Texas through the Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contracts Program under DIR-CPO-5776.

CONTRACT OVERVIEW 

Under this Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC), HCL Global Systems, Inc. provides IT staffing services at predefined not-to-exceed labor rates. Customers can access these services through Requests for Resumes or Statements of Work (SOWs).

This contract is available to all eligible Texas entities, including:

Local Government Units (TGC 2054.003 (9))
The best brains work for you
Cities, Counties, Public School Districts, and Municipalities
Special Purpose Districts
Institutions of Higher Education (TEC 61.003)
Assistance Organizations (TGC 2175.001)
Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) and Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA)
Private Schools and Independent Institutions of Higher Education (TEC 5.001 & 61.003)
Volunteer Fire Departments (TTC 152.001)
Public Safety Entities (47 U.S.C. Section 1401)
County Hospitals, Public Hospitals, and Hospital Districts
Public Entities Outside Texas (TGC 2054.0565)

Resellers are not permitted under this ITSAC contract.
